Bontac Bio-Engineering (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as BONTAC) is a high-tech enterprise established in July 2012. BONTAC integrates R&D, production and sales, with enzyme catalysis technology as the core and coenzyme and natural products as main products.
As the leader of the global NMN industry, BONTAC has the first whole-enzyme catalysis technology in China. Our coenzyme products are widely used in health industry, medical & beauty, green agriculture, biomedicine and other fields.
BONTAC adheres to independent innovation, with more than 160 invention patents. Different from the traditional chemical synthesis and fermentation industry, BONTAC has advantages of green low-carbon and high-value-added biosynthesis technology.
BONTAC have undertaken a number of provincial and national science projects in China. In the future, BONTAC will continue to build ecological relationships with academia, and upstream/downstream partners, lead the synthetic biological industry and create a better life for human beings.
Green Biotechnology, Healthier and Better Life
We have more than 35 people, including 5 PhD holders and 10 master's degree holders. We have recruited or cultivated 6 high-level talents in Shenzhen, including 1 local-level leading talent and 5 category C talents in the Peacock Program. We have established cooperative relations with the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Advanced Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, Hubei University and other research institutes.
Under the leadership of the founder team, a total of 110 Bontac family members have been honed in the past 9 years, including 38 members of enzyme catalysis R&D team, 67 members of the industrial production/sales team, and 5 members of the biotechnology senior management team.
The experience of working in Professor Rui Wu's lab at Cornell University has firmly established that the future of biotechnology holds great promise.
